This workshop is well suited for those who have the staff resources to create an amazing onboarding program but just need a road map to get it done. When you register to attend this half day training session program, you will learn each step you need to take to create an effective onboarding program for your organization. Participants will learn how to create an onboarding steering team, review best practices for an onboarding framework, set goals and create a brand for their program, and review how to measure results of their onboarding program. Also included are innovative onboarding practices and opportunities to create a person action plan for their respective work environments.

We will help you design a best in class onboarding program, curriculum, and roadmap for your new hires. We will partner with your leaders to create a list of onboarding content items and activities that will help your new hires become productive and knowledgeable quickly. Onboarding Curriculum/Content Design and Development
It is necessary for organizations to create curriculum for their onboarding program. We make it easy for you to pull in existing documents (.pdf, .doc, .ppt, etc) into our onboarding learning platform. However, if you are looking for an experience instructional designer to make sure your learning materials are appropriate for adult learning or if you need an expert to create interactive elearning modules or webinars, we can help. We can perform needs analysis and design and develop learning collateral including learning assessments, activity instructions, interactive online program content, scripts, voice-over, and much more.

Online Onboarding Templates and Custom Content
Amazing Appeal has a fully customizable new hire orientation templates available for your new hire onboarding program. The onboarding templates will help you engage your new hires quickly and help you develop your own onboarding program in weeks! The templates include all the basic information you need to get any new hire educated and up-to-speed quickly. The templates include a facilitator script that can be used to create a self-paced online module or facilitator driven onboarding session.
