This national homebuilder was spending too much money on travel for training sales consultants. They wanted a cost efficient curriculum and system to sustain sales growth with new and current sales representatives.
The Results
Amazing Appeal learning experts re-purposed the current sales curriculum to a comprehensive online curriculum. Additionally, a series of webinar sessions were created including facilitator scripts and presentations that that sales consultants could use to facilitate current just-in-time sales process topics. The curriculum included creation of product information and customer education materials.
The program was designed to allow managers and employees to view learning roadmaps and complete elearning while providing completion results to management. It also was supplemented with a company -wide leadership networking site that allowed leaders to connect with colleagues throughout the organization to share insight and best practices.
