For years, Coach Mary Ann saw a pattern in the workplace: Leaders with tremendous talent and potential who often didn’t regularly generate the level of influence they needed to empower teams. Too often, they couldn’t find someone to share the unspoken rules of the workplace, or they would hold back their most provocative questions rather than asking them. Partly because there weren’t many safe spaces for leaders or people to guide, mentor, or coach. Coach Mary Ann learned a set of tools, concepts, and daily practices that could help team leaders and professionals become effective influencers in their workplace roles and founded the Set to Lead Podcast as a platform to share them.
